ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. A $2 fee per ticket will be applied to all exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund may be issued at the theatre's discretion. A service charge of $2.00 per ticket and $1.00 credit card fee will be added to all transactions whether you purchase tickets online, over the phone, or in person at the Box Office. All discounted tickets require a valid ID and will be held at Will-Call for verification.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone (210-267-8388), or in person at the theatre during regular box office hours.
CAN I AVOID TICKETING FEES?
Yes, you may avoid the $1 credit card fee per ticket charge, when you purchase tickets in person at the theatre and pay with cash or check. The $2 service fee per ticket is charged through our ticketing system and is unavoidable, whether you purchase tickets online, over the phone, or in person.
WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
Phone and on-site box office hours are Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays and Sundays the phone and on-site box office is CLOSED. During the run of a show, the on-site box office opens 1 hour before each show, while the phone box office remains closed.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
Due to occupancy regulations for the building, everyone regardless of age needs a ticket. Children (including infants) may sit on a parents lap but will need their own ticket.
WHO CAN PURCHASE A DISCOUNTED TICKET?
We offer discounted ticket prices to children, undergrad and graduate students, seniors, military and first responders. In order to receive discounted ticket, all parties must present their ID at the door. Patrons of 65+ years are considered seniors. All active and non-active military qualify for a discounted ticket.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
The standard policy does not allow single tickets to be returned. In the event of an exchange, a $2 fee per exchanged ticket will be applied. There are some policy differences in regards to subscription tickets, but those policies are dependent upon the presenting organization and the type of subscription purchased.
WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND A SHOW, CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. If your tickets are at the will-call desk, please call the box office to change the name on the ticket order OR you may forward your e-mail confirmation to the patron and they can pick up the tickets at will-call, under your name.
I PURCHASED MY TICKETS ONLINE BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No worries, sometimes e-mails get lost in the great world wide web. Simply call the box office to double check that your order was successfully processed. If a transaction was charged to your account, your tickets are most likely waiting for you at the will-call desk.
